We operate by APPOINTMENT ONLY and request ALL new bookings go through the online booking system. This is crucial because the site is designed for you to see all of the important information before scheduling a service.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at time of booking to secure your appointment time The deposit will be applied towards the cost of your appointment.
Upon booking, you'll receive an email with FAQS and Risk/Complications.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING / LATE
We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise, and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please text 405-345-1126 or email smilesofroyalty@yahoo.com if you are unable to cancel through our booking system.
LATE ARRIVALS
We have a 10 minute late policy/grace period on all tooth gem and teeth whitening services.
If you are going to be late please call or text 405-345-1126 and let us know. If your over 10 minutes late appointment will be rescheduled.
TRAVEL FEE & POLICY
Travel Fee: A starting fee of $15 applies to all mobile services within a 30-mile radius.
Comfort Policy: I reserve the right to cancel the appointment if I feel uncomfortable at any point.
Client Responsibilities:
1. Pet Policy: Please ensure that all pets are put away during the appointment
2. Setup Area: The room or area where the service will be provided must be prepared for equipment setup
3. Safety Requirements: No additional people should be in the room during the appointment, as I operate a blue light, and protective glasses are only available for myself and the client.

3 MONTH GUARANTEE
Crystals
We are committed to providing the best for your new jewels and provide all the knowledge you need to care for them. For this reason, should your crystals de-bond within the first 12 weeks (which can happen sometimes!) we will re-fit the gem free of charge.
Gold Charms
If you are unable to retrieve your gold piece and lose it, we will not be able to cover the cost of a new piece of gold, so this will be chargeable at your appointment. Only the cost of fitting your gold will be covered under the 3 Month Guarantee.
AGE IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
If you are under the age of 18 you must have your parent with a valid state issued ID or your legal guardian with court guardianship paperwork. *NO EXCEPTIONS* No grandparents, aunts, uncles, older brothers and sisters are not allowed to sign for anyone under 18
APPOINTMENT INFO
SPECIALS & DISCOUNTS
Discounts cannot be stacked on top of each other.
(example: if we have a special for a specific amount off and offer a discount for 1st time clients, you can only pick one of them to be applied to service)
