FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM:

• Only on your referrals completion of service does the referral count as complete. If they decide not to pursue the application after the consultation, this will not count as a referral.
• $25 will be issued to your referral at their first appointment and taken off the balance of their total cost.
• $25 credit will be added to your account, which you can redeem at ANY time, against ANY service (Tooth Gems & Teeth Whitening)
• To redeem your referral credit, you will just need to notify me at time of booking so I can adjust the deposit, the credit will be taken off the appointment balance at time of appointment.
• If you have accrued more credit than the appointment is worth, the remaining credit will e rolled over to your next appointment or until used.
• Referral credit is not cash and therefore you are unable to request a cash withdrawal. If you discontinue use of Smiles of Royaltys services with credit remaining, then the credit accrued will be wiped and no cash payout will be given.
• Referral credit cannot be used on products, online purchases or for gift cards. It is ONLY redeemable towards services/treatments.
• Once the credit is redeemed, it is non-refundable back to your balance. If dissatisfied with your treatment and we are unable to resolve your issue, only cash paid by you will cout toward the refund. Any credit used will not be part of the cash refund total.
